Wanli Xu has accumulated seventeen years of experience advising both U.S. domestic and international companies across diverse sectors, guiding them through every growth stage. Specializing in business formation, angel and venture financings, strategic decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance, she has honed her expertise with six years at a prominent international law firm.

 

Ms. Xu earned her J.D. (with honors) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Further enriching her academic portfolio, she holds LL.M. degrees in International Legal Studies from American University and American Legal Studies from the College of William & Mary, as well as an LL.B. from Sun Yat-Sen University, China.
